Over the past 27 years, I have studied dozens of modalities including Polarity, Cranio-sacral, Esalen, Sports, Swedish, Deep tissue, Myotherapy, Trigger-point, and others.  I will customize your massage to your precise needs and personal preferences and help you reconnect your body, mind and spirit.

My credentials include:

•  Nationally Certified Massage Therapist (NCTMB)
•  Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) in the State of Illinois
• Member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals

My massage studio is in the privacy of my home in Saint Charles, IL.

My fee is $80 per hour, $120 for 90 minutes.
